Community Guidelines
How we care for each other.
Every founder deserves to feel welcome, respected, and supported. These are the little things that help keep Founder Coded a community people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Help each other
Founder Coded works best when support goes both ways. Share what you can, ask when you need help, and leave the community stronger than you found it.
Treat everyone with respect
Every founder here deserves to feel safe and welcome. Harassment, discrimination, or hostility of any kind has no place in this community.
Get clear consent
Being on camera is always optional. Never record, feature, or share someone without their explicit agreement first.
Be clear about expectations
Say what you're contributing, what you hope to receive, and what the final outcome looks like. Clarity builds trust.
Show up
Reliable communication matters. If plans change, let your collaborators know as soon as you can.
Deliver what you promise
If you commit to footage, files, or feedback, follow through. Keeping your word is how great collaborations grow.
Ask before assigning
No one should be put in an on-camera role or given responsibility without agreeing to it first. Check in, don't assume.
Speak up when something's off
If a collaboration feels one-sided or someone doesn't show up, tell us. We take accountability seriously so this stays a community you can count on.
These guidelines aren't about rules. They're about creating the kind of community founders actually want to be part of.
